Flamebor ceramic fiber module is made by the ceramic fiber blanket folded and compressed. It has excellent thermal insulation properties at high temperature, provides products with maximum working temperature up to 1500℃ with excellent thermal stability and keeps its original soft fiber structure at its maximum continuous use temperature.

Ceramic fiber modules can be applied to a variety of furnace types, with choices of various anchoring systems for fast, easy, and efficient installation. The ceramic fiber module lining can increase the productivity of various furnace types and reduce maintenance cost due to its high construction efficiency. The ceramic fiber modules can be directly fixed on the anchoring screws of the steel plate of the furnace shell.


PROCESO

√ All kinds of ceramic fiber modules are processed on special fiber module processing machines according to the fiber structure and size by corresponding aluminum silicate fibers blowing and spinning blankets.

√ To ensure that the fiber modules can be squeezed into a seamless whole after installation, a certain proportion of compression margin remains in the ceramic fiber module during processing.
